Storyline
Two delightful but slightly forgetful American girls set off on a road trip through Europe. While in Germany, they find themselves stuck at night with a car that won’t start, deep in a quiet forest. In their search for help, they come across a secluded villa. The next morning, they awaken to find themselves trapped in a creepy makeshift basement hospital with a Japanese man. An elderly German man introduces himself as a retired surgeon who used to specialize in separating Siamese twins. However, his true intentions are much more disturbing, as he plans to combine his three “patients” in a horrific operation. His aim is to be the first to link people through their digestive systems, driven by his dark obsession: the human centipede.

In THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE, two American tourists, Lindsay (Winter Williams, credited as Ashley C. Williams) and Jenny (Ashlynn Yennie), are traveling in Germany. After a night out at a nightclub, they find themselves lost in the woods and suffer a flat tire. With no cell phone reception and rain beginning to fall, they decide to walk and soon discover a sinister house owned by the nefarious Dr. Josef Heiter (Dieter Laser). He captures the women and administers drugs to them.
When they wake up, they find themselves alongside a Japanese tourist named Katsuro (Akihiro Kitamura). Heiter unveils his horrifying plan for the three of them. Once famous for separating conjoined twins, Heiter now intends to create a grotesque connection between them, linking them in a mouth-to-anus arrangement that shares a single digestive system. Will they find a way to escape, or are they destined for a nightmarish end?
